Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make the appointment, I respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice. You can also make changes to cancel or reschedule your appointment through your appointment email & text notifications under “Manage My Booking.” Clients cancelling their appointment with less than 24 hours notice or no-show appointments will be charged 50% of their scheduled service(s).
Please note that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and any cancellation fees. This cancellation policy allows me time to inform my standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled and running smoothly.
I'm an understanding person and get that emergencies and illnesses happen. In those types of events, it will be on a case by case situation.
